Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan yang terjadi atas nilai ekuitas PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk sebagai akibat dari adanya wabah pandemi Covid-19 yang mengguncang perekonomian di seluruh dunia. Terdapat dua metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menilai nilai ekuitas Bank BRI, yakni pendekatan pendapatan dan pendekatan pasar. Perubahan atas nilai ekuitas bisa diketahui dengan melihat perubahan nilai ekuitas dari tahun sebelum adanya pandemi dan pada tahun saat terjadinya pandemi. Oleh karena itu, penilaian dilakukan pada dua tahun yang berbeda, yaitu pada tahun 2019 dan tahun 2021, yang mana tahun 2019 sebagai tahun sebelum adanya pandemi Covid-19 dan tahun 2021 sebagai tahun saat terjadinya pandemi Covid-19. Dengan serangkaian proses penilaian yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan nilai ekuitas Bank BRI pada tahun 2019 sebesar Rp651.076.908.332.045 atau sama dengan Rp4.296 per lembar saham, sedangkan pada tahun 2021 nilai ekuitas Bank BRI sebesar Rp624.382.949.273.330 atau sama dengan Rp5.102 per lembar saham. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai intrinsik atas saham atau nilai ekuitas per lembar saham Bank BRI dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2021 mengalami penurunan sekitar 15,7%. / This study aims to find out how the changes that occur in the equity value of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that has shaken economies around the world. There are two approaches used in assessing the equity value of BRI Bank, namely the income approach and the market approach. Changes in the value of equity can be seen by looking at changes in the value of equity from the year before the pandemic and in the year when the pandemic occurred. Therefore, the assessment was carried out in two different years, namely in 2019 and 2021, where 2019 was the year before the Covid-19 pandemic and 2021 was the year when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. With a series of assessment processes that have been carried out, the equity value of Bank BRI in 2019 was Rp651,076,908,332,045 or equal to Rp4,296 per share, while in 2021 the equity value of Bank BRI was Rp624,382,949,273,330 or equal to Rp5. .102 per share. It can be concluded that the intrinsic value of shares or the value of equity per share of Bank BRI from 2019 to 2021 has decreased by around 15.7%.
