Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat maturitas pada Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. Dr. Soerojo melalui aspek keuangan dan aspek pelayanan melalui alat ukur Maturity Rating. Selain itu, penelitian juga membahas mengenai strategi RSJ Prof. Dr. Magelang dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui pendekatan analisis data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan. Data yang diambil berupa laporan keuangan dan kinerja RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo tahun 2020-2022 serta dokumen Rencana Strategis Bisnis, Rencana Bisnis Anggaran dan dokumen lain yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maturity Rating mampu mengidentifikasi area perbaikan pada aspek keuangan dan aspek pelayanan RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo. Hasil pengukuran disajikan dalam bentuk skor tingkat maturitas untuk setiap aspek yang dinilai berdasarkan kriteria masing-masing sesuai dengan Pedoman Penilaian Maturity Rating. Atas hasil pengukuran tersebut serta hasil benchmarking pada BLU yang bergerak pada bidang yang sejenis, RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo menyusun rencana strategis dalam melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan. / The research was conducted to determine the level of maturity of the Public Service Agency of Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. Dr. Soerojo through financial aspects and service aspects through the Maturity Rating measuring instrument. In addition, the research also discusses the strategy of RSJ Prof. Dr. Magelang in improving its performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research using data collection methods through secondary data analysis approaches in the form of literature studies. Data taken in the form of financial and performance reports of RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo in 2020-2022 as well as Business Strategic Plan documents, Budget Business Plans and other published documents. The results showed that Maturity Rating is able to identify areas of improvement in the financial and service aspects of RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo. The measurement results are presented in the form of a maturity level score for each aspect assessed based on their respective criteria in accordance with the Maturity Rating Assessment Guidelines. Based on the results of these measurements and the results of benchmarking at BLUs engaged in similar fields, RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo developed a strategic plan in making continuous improvements.
