Abstract

ABSTRAK Abstrak Kafe Elok adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa makanan dan minuman yang menyediakan berbagai jenis minuman olahan kopi atau nonkopi serta makanan-makanan ringan yang sedang digandrungi oleh anak muda jaman sekarang. Dari berbagai produk yang dijual tersebut, perusahaan akan memperoleh pendapatan dari pelanggannya. Pendapatan yang diperoleh perusahaan tersebut merupakan hal yang terpenting guna menjalankan roda kegiatan perusahaan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pengelolaan pendapatan yang baik melalui sistem informasi akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi siklus pendapatan pada usaha jasa makanan dan minuman Kafe Elok apakah sudah sesuai dengan teori siklus pendapatan yang disampaikan oleh Romney dan Steinbart. Penelitian ini juga meninjau aplikasi yang digunakan oleh Kafe Elok. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode studi kepustakaan, metode, metode observasi, dan metode wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa Kafe Elok memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik dan sudah sesuai dengan teori siklus pendapatan menurut Romney dan Steinbart serta aplikasi yang digunakan oleh Kafe Elok sudah berfungsi secara efektif. / Cafe Elok is a company engaged in food and beverage services that provides various types of coffee or non-coffee processed drinks as well as snacks that are being loved by young people today. From the various products sold, the company will earn revenue from its customers. The income earned by the company is the most important thing to run the company's activities. Therefore, it is necessary to have good revenue management through an accounting information system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the income cycle accounting information system in the food and beverage service business of Kafe Elok whether it is in accordance with the income cycle theory presented by Romney and Steinbart. This study also reviews the applications used by Kafe Elok. The method used is the literature study method, method, observation method, and interview method. The results of this study illustrate that Kafe Elok has a fairly good performance and is in accordance with the revenue cycle theory according to Romney and Steinbart and the application used by Kafe Elok is functioning effectively.
