Abstract
"Abstrak Wisata Alam Situ Gunung, merupakan resort yang berada di wilayah kerja Seksi PTN Wilayah IV Situ Gunung, Bidang PTN Wilayah II Sukabumi-Balai Besar Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP) yang merupakan kawasan konservasi yang mempunyai fungsi sistem perlindungan penyangga kehidupan, pengawetan keanekaragaman hayati dan ekosistemnya serta pemanfaatan secara lestari sumber daya alam hayati beserta ekosistemnya. Resort ini memiliki luas 2.093,48Ha dengan zona pemanfaatan seluas 222,31Ha yang berada di lereng selatan Gunung Gede, terdapat kekayaan alam berupa flora, fauna, dan ekosistem yang tinggi dan lengkap. Wilayah ini juga berperan sebagai daerah perlindungan dan penyangga kehidupan khususnya perlindungan hidrologis dan iklim bagi Kabupaten dan Kota Sukabumi. Pembangunan besar-besaran yang dilaksanakan beberapa tahun terakhir ini, meningkatkan kebutuhan pengelola untuk menimbang perihal kebijakan yang menunjang datangnya pengunjung. Salah satu cara untuk melakukannya adalah dilakukannya penilaian. Nilai yang diberikan pada objek wisata alam tidak memiliki nilai pasar yang pasti, sehingga memerlukan metode tersendiri dalam menentukan nilai. Metode penilaian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Biaya Perjalanan/Travel Cost Method (TCM). Metode ini memiliki asumsi bahwa nilai didapat dari kerelaan pengunjung untuk mengeluarkan biaya (willingness to pay) atas perjalanan menuju objek tersebut. Nilai yang didapat berdasarkan persepsi seseorang atau kumpulan orang terhadap suatu objek pada waktu tertentu. Data yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam memberi nilai adalah kegunaan, kepuasan, biaya yang diperlukan, pendapatan, dan variabel lainnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner berisi pertanyaan seputar kerelaan membayar dan karakteristik sosial ekonomi pengunjung yang datang pada hari penelitian. Kuesioner tersebut menghasilkan data kerelaan membayar yang dapat menentukan surplus konsumen. Setelah mendapatkan 261 responden yang dan Berdasarkan perhitungan, didapatkan estimasi nilai ekonomi objek wisata Air Terjun (Curug) di Wisata Alam Situ Gunung sebesar Rp 2.416.851.551.375. / Wisata Alam Situ Gunung, is a resort located in the working area of the PTN Section Region IV Situ Gunung, PTN Region II Sukabumi-Balai Besar Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (BBTNGGP) which is a conservation area that has the function of a life support protection system, preservation of biodiversity and their ecosystems and the sustainable use of living natural resources and their ecosystems. This resort has an area of 2,093.48Ha with a utilization zone of 222.31Ha which is located on the southern slope of Mount Gede, there are natural resources in the form of flora, fauna, and ecosystems that are high and complete. This area also acts as a protection and life support area, especially hydrological and climate protection for Sukabumi Regency and City. The massive development carried out in recent years has increased the need for managers to consider policies that support the arrival of visitors. One way to do this is through an assessment. The value given to natural tourism objects does not have a definite market value, so it requires a separate method in determining the value. The valuation method used in this study is the Travel Cost Method (TCM). This method has the assumption that the value is obtained from the of visitor’s willingness to pay for the trip to the object. The value obtained is based on the perception of a person or group of people towards an object at a certain time. The data taken into consideration in giving a value are usability, satisfaction, required costs, income, and other variables. Data was collected by giving a questionnaire containing questions about willingness to pay and the socio-economic characteristics of visitors who came on the day of the study. The questionnaire produces data on willingness to pay that can determine consumer surplus. After getting 261 respondents, and based on the calculations, the estimated economic value of the Waterfall (Curug) tourist attraction in Wisata Alam Situ Gunung isRp 2.416.851.551.375.
