Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Alalak, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembangunan Jembatan Sei Alalak serta pelebaran jalan terhadap nilai tanah yang berada di Kecamatan Alalak. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruh pembangunan Jembatan Sei Alalak dan pelebaran jalan terhadap nilai tanah adalah jarak dari lokasi tanah menuju Jembatan Sei Alalak serta pelebaran jalan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis serta memperoleh data adalah metode kuantitatif, berupa nilai tanah yang sebelumd ikonversi masih berupa harga penawaran terhadap tanah yang dijual, kemudian jarak menuju jembatan dan pelebaran jalan dari tanah kosong. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara jarak dari tanah kosong menuju Jembatan Sei Alalak, namun tidak berpengaruh secara signifkan dari jarak tanah kosong menuju pelebaran jalan terdekat. Hal ini menurut penulis, terjadi akibat dari pelebaran jalan yang belum selesai dan merata pada seluruh ruas Jalan Trans Kalimantan yang berada di Kecamatan Alalak./ This research was conducted in Alalak, Barito Kuala, South Kalimantan. This study determines the influence of the Sei Alalak Bridge construction and the road widening on the land value in the Alalak District. The variables used to determine this research are the distance of the designated land to the Sei Alalak Bridge and the road widening location. The method used to analyze and obtain data was quantitative, in the form of land value. It is calculated before being converted, in the form of the bid price for the land, then the distance to the bridge and road widening location from the vacant land. Therefore, this study's results significantly affected the distance from the vacant land to the Sei Alalak Bridge. However, there is no significant effect on the distance from the vacant land to the road widening location. The researcher concludes that that case occurs due to incomplete road widening and evenly distributed on all sections of the Trans-Kalimantan Road in the District of Alalak.
