Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan, dan potensi kebangkrutan dari perusahaan sektor property dan real estate. Kinerja keuangan merupakan indikator atas performa suatu perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dapat dinilai menggunakan rasio keuangan seperti profitabilitas, solvabilitas, likuiditas, aktivitas dan valuasi. Rasio keuangan diinterpretasikan dengan cara membandingkan hasil yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan. Prediksi kebangkrutan adalah sebuah model yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah suatu perusahaan akan mengalami kebangkrutan. Model prediksi kebangkrutan yang digunakan adalah model Altman Z -Score. Objek pada karya tulis ini adalah PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., PT Ciputra Development Tbk., PT City Retail Tbk., PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., PT Metro Realty Tbk., dan PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. pada tahun 2018-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis adalah deskripsi kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuaangan periode 2018-2020 yang diperoleh dari situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan mengalami penurunan dan beberapa perusahaan berada dalam zona abu dan bangkrut/This study aims to determine the financial performance, and the potential for bankruptcy of the property and real estate sector companies. Financial performance is an indicator of the performance of a company. Financial performance can be assessed using financial ratios such as profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity and valuation. Financial ratios are interpreted by comparing the results of each company. Bankruptcy prediction is a model used to determine whether a company will go bankrupt. The bankruptcy prediction model used is the Altzman -Score model. The objects in this paper are PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., PT Ciputra Development Tbk., PT City Retail Tbk., PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., PT Metro Realty Tbk., and PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. in 2018-2020. The method used in analyzing is quantitative description. The data used are financial statements for the 2018-2020 period obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results showed that the company's financial performance had decreased and some companies were in the ash zone and went bankrupt
