Abstract

Pada Maret 2020, Covid-19 terdeteksi menginfeksi penduduk Indonesia. Karena itu, pemerintah membuat kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar yang mempengaruhi ekonomi Indonesia termasuk perusahaan ritel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari segi kinerja keuangan perusahaan ritel, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 serta dibandingkan dengan perusahaan pesaing di industri sejenis. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsik PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk dan membandingkan dengan nilai pasarnya di tahun 2020. Data penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dan diolah dengan metode yang sudah terverifikasi. Dari data yang sudah diolah, diperoleh hasil bahwa rasio likuiditas PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk mengalami penurunan signifikan, rasio solvabilitas cenderung tidak menerima efek Covid-19 secara serius, dan rasio profitabilitas cenderung menurun. Secara agregat PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk masih di atas para pesaingnya. PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk termasuk pada perusahaan yang dinilai terlalu mahal, tetapi kerja perusahaan diperkirakan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun./In March 2020, Covid-19 was detected infecting the Indonesian population. Therefore, the government made a large-scale social restriction policy that affected the Indonesian economy, including retail companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there are significant differences in the financial performance of retail companies, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, in 2019 and 2020 and compare them to competing companies in similar industries. In addition, this research aims to determine the intrinsic value of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk and compare it with its market value in 2020. This research data is taken from the company's annual financial statements and processed using a verified method. From the data that has been processed, the results show that the liquidity ratio of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk has decreased significantly, the solvency ratio tends not to receive the effects of Covid-19 seriously, and the profitability ratio tends to decrease. In aggregate, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk is still above its competitors. PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk is a company that is considered overpriced, but the company's work is estimated to continue to increase from year to year.
