Abstract

Pemanasan global merupakan masalah bersama yang pasti akan dihadapi oleh banyak negara. Kini, para penggiat usaha di bidang konstruksi berlomba-lomba untuk dapat menghasilkan bangunan ramah lingkungan baik dari segi material, proses pembuatan, maupun pemeliharaannya. Salah satu contoh bangunan ramah lingkungan adalah jembatan konstruksi bambu pada Green School Bali yang bernama The Millennium Bridge yang juga merupakan objek penelitian dalam karya tulis ini. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai wajar dari objek penelitian dalam rangka penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan biaya, nilai wajarnya akan dihitung dengan cara mengurangi biaya penggantian baru dengan jumlah penyusutan. Metode unit terpasang digunakan untuk menghitung biaya penggantian baru dan metode umur ekonomis digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah penyusutannya. Melalui proses perhitungan nilai wajar The Millennium Bridge pada Green School Bali, penulis akan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai wajar dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap bangunan konstruksi bambu dengan pendekatan biaya. / Global warming is a common problem that will be faced by many countries. Now, business activists in the construction sector are competing to be able to produce environmentally friendly buildings both in terms of materials, manufacturing processes, and maintenance. An example of an environmentally friendly building is the bamboo construction bridge at the Green School Bali called The Millennium Bridge which is also the object of research in this paper. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the fair value of the object of research in the context of preparing financial statements. Using the cost approach, the fair value will be calculated by subtracting the new replacement cost (NRC) by the amount of depreciation. Unit in place method is used to calculate the NRC and the economic life method is used to determine the amount of depreciation. Through the process of calculating the fair value of The Millennium Bridge at Green School Bali, the author will identify the factors that affect the fair value and the challenges faced in evaluating bamboo construction buildings with a cost approach.
