Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lingkungan bisnis dan strategi dari PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk dan mengukur kinerja PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk berdasarkan dari data laporan keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan likuiditas, struktur modal, efisiensi manajemen aset, profitabilitas, dan nilai pasar. Rasio keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk juga dibandingkan dengan rasio keuangan dari perusahaan sejenis. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji statistik dari rata-rata pendapatan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk dengan perusahaan-perusahaan dalam industri makanan dan minuman sebelum pandemi dan setelah pandemi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rasio keuangan hampir secara keseluruhan mengalami penurunan. Dalam perbandingan dengan perusahaan sejenis, rasio keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk menunjukan keadaan yang hampir seimbang. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk terlihat dominan lebih baik hanya pada rasio profitabilitas. Hasil dari uji statistik rata-rata pendapatan dari perusahaan-perusahaan di dalam industri makanan dan minuman menunjukan tidak ada bukti yang cukup untuk mendukung klaim bahwa pendapatannya berbeda, sehingga pendapatan sebelum pandemi dan setelah pandemi adalah tidak berbeda. / The purpose of this study was to learn the business environment and strategy of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and measure the performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk based on financial statement data using financial ratios of liquidity, capital structure, asset management efficiency, profitability, and market value. The financial ratios of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk are also compared with the financial ratios of similar companies. In addition, this study also conducted a statistical test of the average income of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk with companies in the food and beverage industry before and after the pandemic. The results of this study indicate that the financial ratios almost overall decreased. In comparison with similar companies, the financial ratios of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk show an almost balanced situation. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk looks dominantly better only in the profitability ratio. The results of statistical tests on the average earnings of companies in the food and beverage industry show that there is not sufficient evidence to support the claim that their incomes are different, so earnings before the pandemic and after the pandemic are no different.
