Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan prosedur pengelolaan TikTok @ditjenpajakri oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, menguraikan respon dan feedback dari pengikutnya, dan mendeskripsikan tantangan dan kendala dalam pengelolaan akun TikTok @ditjenpajakri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, DJP memiliki SOP berupa Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pajak Nomor KEP-701/ PJ/2019 tanggal 16 Desember 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Jejaring Sosial Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dalam Rangka Edukasi dan Kehumasan yang dirangkum dalam sebuah Buku Elektronik Pengelolaan Jejaring Sosial DJP. Respon yang diterima oleh DJP di akun TikToknya cukup beragam. Komentar negatif biasanya lebih menyorot kepada orisinalitas suatu konten. Sementara komentar positif biasanya lebih menyorot kepada apresiasi dan terhiburnya masyarakat atas konten DJP. Tantangan dan kendala terbesar bagi DJP dalam pengelolaan akun TikTok adalah bagaimana memahami alogaritma dari TikTok itu sendiri yang sulit diprediksi. Kendala lainnya berkaitan dengan bagaimana merangkum suatu informasi dalam sebuah video yang memiliki durasi yang terbatas serta memahami kondisi audiens tiap media sosialnya yang berbeda beda./ This study aims to explain the procedures for managing TikTok @ditjenpajakri by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, describe the responses and feedback from their followers, and describe the challenges and obstacles in managing tiktok accounts @ditjenpajakri. The research method used in this study is qualitative with data collection methods through interviews and literature studies. Based on this research, DJP has an SOP in the form of a Decree of the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Number KEP-701 / PJ / 2019 dated December 16, 2019 concerning Social Network Management of the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak in the Context of Education and Public Relations which is summarized in an Electronic Book of DJP Social Network Management. The response received by DJP on its TikTok account is quite mixed. Negative comments usually focus more on the originality of a piece of content. Meanwhile, positive comments usually focus more on the appreciation and comfort of the public for DJP content. The biggest challenge and obstacle for DJP in managing a TikTok account is how to understand the algorithm of TikTok itself which is difficult to predict. Another obstacle is related to how to summarize information in a video that has a limited duration and understands the different audience conditions of each social media.
