Abstract

PT Mayora Indah Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan barang konsumsi penghasil makanan dan minuman olahan berkualitas tinggi di Indonesia yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1977. Merebaknya coronavirus disease 2019 mempengaruhi banyak perusahaan terutama terkait kinerja keuangan dan nilai ekuitas. PT Mayora Indah Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Perusahaan mengalami perubahan kinerja keuangan serta perubahan nilai ekuitas. Perubahan kinerja keuangan perusahaan terlihat dari tingkat likuidasi, struktur kapital, efisiensi manajemen aset, dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Sebelum melakukan penilaian kinerja keuangan dan nilai ekuitas, analisis SWOT, porter’s five force, dan life cycle of business dilakukan guna mengetahui kondisi bisnis PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Secara likuiditas, PT Mayora Indah Tbk semakin likuid dalam mengelola aset lancarnya saat pandemi Covid-19. Secara struktur kapital, rata-rata penggunaan utang perusahaan untuk membiayai struktur kapital lebih besar sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Secara efisiensi, rata-rata manajemen aset perusahaan bekerja lebih baik sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Secara profitabilitas, PT Mayora Indah Tbk memperoleh laba yang lebih maksimal sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Sedangkan dari sisi ekuitas, PT Mayora Indah Tbk mengalami penurunan dari Rp58.139.347.917.666 sebelum pandemi Covid-19 menjadi Rp35.659.652.109.066 saat pandemi Covid-19. / PT Mayora Indah Tbk is a consumer goods company that produces high quality processed food and beverages in Indonesia, which has been established since 1977. The outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus disease affected many companies, especially in terms of financial performance and equity value. PT Mayora Indah Tbk is one of the companies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company experienced changes in financial performance as well as changes in the value of equity. Changes in the company's financial performance can be seen from the level of liquidation, capital structure, asset management efficiency, and company profitability. Prior to assessing financial performance and equity value, a SWOT analysis, porter's five force, and life cycle of business were conducted to determine the business condition of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. In terms of liquidity, PT Mayora Indah Tbk is increasingly liquid in managing its current assets during the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of capital structure, the average use of company debt to finance the capital structure was larger before the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of efficiency, the company's asset management on average worked better before the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of profitability, PT Mayora Indah Tbk obtained a maximum profit before the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, in terms of equity, PT Mayora Indah Tbk experienced a decline from Rp. 58,139,347,917,666 before the Covid-19 pandemic to Rp. 35,659,652,109,066 during the Covid-19 pandemic.
