Abstract

Kota Batu merupakan salah satu kota pariwisata yang cukup dikenal. Saat ini, Kota Batu telah berkembang sebagai daerah destinasi wisata pada tingkat regional Jawa Timur. Salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang cukup terkenal adalah Wanawisata Coban Talun. Wanawisata Coban Talun berlokasi di daerah Dusun Junggo, Desa Tulungrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dititikberatkan pada valuasi ekonomi Wanawisata Coban Talun menggunakan metode biaya perjalanan untuk mengukur besarnya estimasi nilai ekonomi wisata alam tersebut. Tujuan penelitian lainnya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi komponen yang mempengaruhi nilai ekonomi dan karakteristik sosial ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan. Penilaian menjadi penting sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan, pengoptimalan layanan, pelestarian, dan pemanfaatan potensi pada objek wisata. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menentukan faktor sosial ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kunjungan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Sedangkan analisis Travel Cost Method digunakan untuk menghitung nilai ekonomi dari Wanawisata Coban Talun yang mengacu pada biaya perjalanan setiap kunjungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa variabel usia, variabel pendapatan, dan variabel biaya perjalanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap jumlah kunjungan. Jumlah surplus konsumen per kunjungan sebesar Rp413.808,32 dan nilai ekonomi Wanawisata Coban Talun Rp15.593.952.730,88. / Batu City is one of the well-known tourism cities. Currently, Batu City has developed as a tourist destination area at the regional level of East Java. One of the well-known natural tourist destinations is Wanawisata Coban Talun. Coban Talun Wanawisata is located in the Junggo Hamlet, Tulungrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, East Java. This study focuses on the economic valuation of Coban Talun Wanawisata using the travel cost method to measure the estimated economic value of the natural tourism. Another research objective is to identify the components that influence the economic value and socio-economic characteristics that influence the level of visits. Valuation becomes important as the basis for policy formulation, service optimization, preservation, and utilization of potential in tourism objects. The analytical technique used to determine the socio-economic factors that affect the visit is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application. While the Travel Cost Method analysis is used to calculate the economic value of Wanawisata Coban Talun which refers to the travel costs of each visit. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the age variable, income variable, and travel cost variable have a partially significant effect on the number of visits. The total consumer surplus per visit is Rp.413,808.32 and the economic value of Wanawisata Coban Talun is Rp.15,593.952,730.88.
