Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada awal tahun 2020 mengakibatkan pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial. Banyak sektor kegiatan ekonomi yang terkena dampak dari kebijakan tersebut, salah satunya perusahaan Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni yang bergerak di sektor perhotelan, restoran, dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni jika ditinjau melalui rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio profitabilitas selama periode 2019-2021 untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan selama tahun tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan, metode dokumentasi dan metode analisis data. Data penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dan diolah dengan menghitung rasio akun-akun terkait untuk melihat kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni menunjukkan hasil yang baik, ditandai dengan kenaikan persentase yang terjadi padatahun 2019 sampai 2021. Jika ditinjau dari rasio solvabilitas Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni menunjukkan hasil rasio solvabilitas yang kurang baik, dengan hasil perhitungan rasio yang dilakukan selalu mengalami kenaikan persentase setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan hasil analisis rasio profitabilitas Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni menunjukkan hasil rasio yang kurang stabil. Dengan ditunjukkan hasil perhitungan rasio yang mengalami naik dan turun dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021./The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020 resulted in the government making policiesregarding social restrictions. Many sectors of economic activities are affected by this policy, one of which is the Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni company which is engaged in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sector. This study aims to determine the financial performance of Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni when viewed through the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio during the 2019-2021 period to determine how much influence the Covid-19 pandemic has on financial performance during that year. The data collection methods used in this research are literature study method, documentation method and data analysis method. This research data is taken from the company's annual financial statements and processed bycalculating the ratio of related accounts to see the company's performance. The results showedthat the liquidity ratio of Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni showed good results, marked by the percentage increase that occurred from 2019 to 2021. When viewed from the solvency ratio, Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni shows poor solvency ratio results, with the results of the ratio calculations carried out always experiencing an increase in percentage every year. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of Harris Vertu Hotel Harmoni show unstable ratio results. This is shown by the results of the ratio calculation which has increasedand decreased from 2019 to 2021.
