Abstract

Pendanaan merupakan hal penting bagi keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan. Right issue menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam pencarian dana guna ekspansi bisnis perusahaan. Penting bagi investor untuk mengetahui kualitas dari penawaran right issue dan kondisi sebenarnya perusahaan sebelum menebus haknya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari karakteristik perusahaan menggunakan analisis fundamental dari sisi analisis rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas. Penelitian juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil aksi korporasi ini memberikan pengaruh yang baik bagi perusahaan dan mendukung program holding ultra mikro yang direncanakan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan menghimpun informasi-informasi melalui buku, artikel, karya ilmiah, internet, dan sumber lainnya yang relevan. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 sebagai acuan dalam melakukan perhitungan dan analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk berdasarkan analisis fundamental tergolong dalam kondisi yang baik. Hasil perhitungan simulasi right issue BBRI juga menunjukkan valuasi yang menarik karena harga lebih rendah dibanding harga pasar dengan price to book value dibawah titik normal perusahaan dalam lima tahun terakhir./Funding is an essential part of company’s sustainability. Right issue is one of alternative to raising fund for the company’s expansion. It is important for investors to know the quality of the right issue and the true condition of the company before take it. Therefore, this study aims to learn the characteristics of the company using fundamental analysis in terms of profitabilities, likuidities, and solvabilities ratio. This study also aims to deteremine whether the result of this corporate action has a good effect for the company and support the ultra holding micro program. In this study, the author uses a literature study method by gathering information through books, articles, scientific papers, internet, and other relevant sources. In addition, the author also uses secondary data from financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for 2019, 2020, and 2021 as reference in performing calculations and analysis. The result of this study indicates that the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk based on fundamental analysis is in good condition. The results of BBRI's rights issue simulation also show an attractive valuation because the price is lower than the market price with a price to book value below the company's normal point in the last five years.
