Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Salah satu penyedia layanan kesehatan adalah puskesmas. Layanan tersebut dapat berjalan lancar dengan adanya suatu sistem yang mengelolanya. Sistem akuntansi persediaan pada puskesmas menjadi salah satu poin penting demi menjaga persediaan puskesmas, khususnya obat-obatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau prosedur, dokumen, fungsi, dan sistem pengendalian internal pada siklus persediaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu metode kepustakaan, metode wawancara dan kuisioner, serta metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek yang ditinjau dalam karya tulis ini adalah Puskesmas Pondok Pucung. Puskesmas ini telah melaksanakan prosedur pengelolaan persediaan sesuai dengan Permenkes No.74 Tahun 2016. Dokumen yang digunakan puskesmas juga telah sesuai dengan teori pada buku Mulyadi dengan beberapa tambahan dokumen lain. Fungsi yang dijalankan dalam pengelolaan persediaan secara garis besar telah sesuai dengan teori pada buku Mulyadi, namun terdapat fungsi yang dikerjakan oleh satu orang saja. Pengendalian internal pada pengelolaan persediaan Puskesmas Pondok Pucung secara garis besar telah sesuai dengan teori menurut COSO. Walaupun secara garis besar pengelolaan persedian telah sesuai dengan teori, Puskesmas Pondok Pucung harus tetap meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaannya agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. / Health is very important for human life—one of the health service providers in the puskesmas. The service can run smoothly with a system that manages it. The inventory accounting system at the puskesmas is one of the crucial points to maintain the supply of the puskesmas, especially medicines. The purpose of this research is to review procedures, documents, functions, and internal control systems in the inventory cycle. The data collection method used is the library method, the interview and questionnaire method, as well as the observation and documentation method. The object reviewed in this paper is Puskesmas Pondok Pucung. This Puskesmas has implemented inventory management procedures by Permenkes No. 74 of 2016. The documents used by the puskesmas are also by the theory in Mulyadi's book with several additional documents. In general, the functions carried out in inventory management are following the theory in Mulyadi's book, but there are functions that only one person carries out. Internal control in the management of the supply of Puskesmas Pondok Pucung is in line with the theory according to COSO. Although in general inventory management is following theory, Puskesmas Pondok Pucung must continue to improve the quality of its management to make it more effective and efficient.
