Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020 berdasarkan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). Penelitian ini penting untuk diketahui karena tingkat kesehatan bank menjadi indikator kinerja dan performa suatu bank. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan GCG dari Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2020. Penelitian ini juga berlandaskan peraturan-peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengenai tingkat kesehatan bank. Sedangkan untuk metode analisi data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menghitung dan menganalisis rasio-rasio yang berhubungan dengan kinerja keuangan. Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang berada di BEI pada tahun 2017-2020 dari aspek RGEC secara keseluruhan masuk ke dalam peringkat komposit 2 (PK 2) dan dikategorikan sehat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Pembangunan Daerah dianggap sanggup dalam menghadapi dampak buruk yang signifikan terhadap perubahan bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya. Kata kunci: Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, Metode RGEC, Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang terdaftar di BEI Abstract This research aims to determine the level of health of Regional Development Bank listed on the IDX in 2017-2020 based on the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). This research is important because the level of bank health is an indicator of bank working and performance. The method of data collection in this research is literature study with secondary data. Secondary data in the form of financial reports and GCG reports of Bank Pembangunan Daerah for 2017-2019, as well as regulations from Bank Indonesia and the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regarding the health of banks. The data analysis method uses a quantitative approach, namely calculating and analyzing ratios related to financial performance. The Health Level of Regional Development Banks listed on the IDX in 2017-2020 from the RGEC aspect as a whole entered into a composite rating of 2 (PK 2) and was categorized as healthy. This shows that Regional Development Banks are considered capable of dealing with significant adverse impacts on business changes and other external factors.
