Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi global mengalami penurunan secara keseluruhan pada tahun 2020. Program PEN yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah berhasil menekan kontraksi pertumbuhan ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19. Realisasi Program PEN hingga akhir tahun anggaran 2021 adalah sebesar 88,46 persen. Program dengan realisasi terbesar, yaitu program Insentif Usaha, diikuti program Kesehatan, Perlindungan Sosial, Program Prioritas, dan program dengan realisasi terkecil, yaitu program Dukungan UMKM dan Korporasi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi indonesia secara triwulanan dibandingkan triwulan yang sama tahun sebelumnya rata-rata mengalami peningkatan. Upaya pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui program program yang telah dilaksanakan terlihat berhasil dalam mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi. Lebih dari pada itu, angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran yang sempat meningkat pada tahun 2020, bisa kembali diturunkan melalui program-program yang sudah dijalankan. Indonesia juga telah menjadi salah satu negara yang sudah mengembalikan kondisi PDBnya kembali ke masa sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Bahkan meningkatkan PDB-nya sebesar 1.6 persen dibandingkan tahun 2019. Namun, dibalik kesuksesan tersebut masih terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dibenah agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan lebih optimal. Kata Kunci: Program PEN 2021, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia, Pandemi Covid-19, PDB Indonesia. ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has caused global economic growth to decline overall in 2020. The PEN program implemented by the government succeeded in suppressing the contraction of economic growth due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The realization of the PEN Program until the end of the 2021 fiscal year is 88.46 percent. The program with the largest realization was the Business Incentive program, followed by the Health, Social Protection, Priority Program, and the program with the smallest realization, the MSME and Corporate Support program. Indonesia's economic growth on a quarterly basis compared to the same quarter the previous year on average increased. The government's and community's efforts to encourage Indonesia's economic growth through the programs that have been implemented have been seen to be successful in boosting the rate of economic growth. More than that, the poverty and unemployment rates, which had increased in 2020, can be reduced again through the programs that have been implemented. Indonesia has also become one of the countries that has returned its GDP condition back to before the Covid-19 pandemic. It even increased its GDP by 1.6 percent compared to 2019. However, behind this success, there are still some things that still need to be improved so that they can be implemented more optimally.
