Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi persediaan obat-obatan pada RSUD Selasih tahun 2020 dengan peraturan yang berlaku yaitu PSAP Nomor 05 Tahun 2010 tentang Akuntansi Persediaan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga meninjau kesesuaian pengadaan persediaan obat-obatan dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa dokumen seperti faktur, kartu stok persediaan obat-obatan, CaLK, dan sebagainya. Metode lain yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai narasumber yang berkaitan dengan persediaan obat-obatan seperti Kepala Instalasi Farmasi, Kepala Subbagian Keuangan, dan Direktur RSUD Selasih. Secara keseluruhan, RSUD Selasih telah menerapkan akuntansi persediaan obat-obatan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan PSAP Nomor 05 Tahun 2010. Hasil tinjauan mengenai pengadaan persediaan obat-obatan pada tahun 2020 juga sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, dalam hal ini RSUD Selasih telah memperbaiki kesalahan yang terjadi pada tahun 2019. Atas hasil penelitian tersebut, masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan yang harus diperbaiki oleh manajemen untuk menyempurnakan penerapan akuntansi persediaan obat-obatan ke depannya. Abstact This research is aimed to review the suitability of the application of drug inventory accounting at RSUD Selasih in 2020 with the applicable regulations, namely PSAP Number 05 of 2010 concerning Inventory Accounting. In addition, this research also reviewed the suitability of the procurement of drug supplies with applicable regulations. The research method used in this study is a documentation method carried out by collecting data in the form of documents such as invoices, stock cards for drug supplies, CaLK, and so on. Another method used is the interview method which is carried out by interviewing speakers related to the supply of medicines such as the Head of Pharmaceutical Installation, Head of Finance Subdivision, and Director of RSUD Selasihl. Overall, RSUD Selasih has implemented the accounting of the supply of medicines properly and in accordance with PSAP Number 05 of 2010. The results of the review regarding the procurement of medicine supplies in 2020 are also in accordance with applicable regulations, in this case the RSUD Selasih has corrected errors that occurred in 2019. For the results of this study, there are still some weaknesses that must be corrected by management to improve the application of drug inventory accounting in the future.
