Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya risiko yang kini dihadapi Kantor Wilayah DJBC Jakarta. Untuk menanggapi hal tersebut penulis melakukan analisis kesesuaian antara implementasi di lapangan dengan peraturan tentang penerapan manajemen risiko di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan dalam rangka mengantisipasi adanya risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai penulis yaitu mengetahui kesesuaian atas proses manajemen risiko di Kantor Wilayah DJBC Jakarta dengan pedoman KMK577/KMK.01/2019 yang berstandar ISO 31000:2018 serta mengetahui tingkat efektivitas proses manajemen risiko dalam mendukung tercapainya IKU di Kantor Wilayah DJBC Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi pustaka, studi lapangan, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil analisis karya tulis ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko di Kanwil DJBC Jakarta sudah sesuai dengan aturan Kementerian Keuangan dan standar internasional serta tingkat efektivitas proses manajemen risiko dalam mendukung tercapainya IKU Kantor Wilayah DJBC Jakarta dinilai sangat efektif dengan rasio >80%. / Abstract This research is motivated by the many risks currently faced by the DJBC Jakarta Regional Office. To respond to this, the authors conducted a suitability analysis between implementation in the field and regulations regarding the application of risk management within the Ministry of Finance in order to anticipate any risks that may be encountered. The goal that the author wants to achieve is to find out the suitability of the risk management process at the DJBC Jakarta Regional Office with the KMK577/KMK.01/2019 guidelines with the ISO 31000:2018 standard and to know the level of effectiveness of the risk management process in supporting the achievement of KPIs at the DJBC Jakarta Regional Office. This research was conducted using a qualitative method by conducting literature studies, field studies, interviews, and observations. The results of the analysis of this paper prove that the application of risk management in the DJBC Jakarta Regional Office is in accordance with international rules and standards and the level of effectiveness of the risk management process in supporting the achievement of IKU of the DJBC Jakarta Regional Office is considered very effective with a ratio of >80%.
