Abstract

"Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah atau Dana BOS merupakan program Pemerintah yang diterapkan untuk membantu sekolah di seluruh Indonesia. Bantuan Pendidikan berupa dana tersebut diberikan berdasarkan jumlah siswa yang terdaftar. Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dapat digunakan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan belajar mengajar sekolah. Pengelolaan Dana BOS harus sesuai dengan Peraturan Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 yang telah disusun dan diterbitkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Pengelolaan yang dimaksud mencakup: (1) Perencanaan Dana BOS di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, (2) Pengelolaan Dana BOS di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, dan (3) Pelaporan Dana BOS oleh SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo telah menerapkan peraturan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis BOS 2021. Namun, adanya sistem dapodik yang sulit diakses menyebabkan tidak ditemukannya nominal penyaluran dana BOS untuk setiap siswa. Hal ini dapat dijadikan bagi Dinas Pendidikan untuk menghindari adanya kendala dalam mengakses website dapodik untuk periode selanjutnya. Abstract The School Operational Assistance Fund or the BOS Fund is a Government program implemented to assist schools throughout Indonesia. Educational assistance in the form of funds is given based on the number of registered students. The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) can be used to help meet the needs of school teaching and learning activities. The management of BOS funds must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2021 which has been compiled and published by the Minister of Education and Culture. This study aims to describe the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo in the 2021/2022 academic year. The management in question includes: (1) Planning of BOS Funds at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, (2) Management of BOS Funds at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, and (3) Reporting of BOS Funds by SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The result of this study is SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo has implemented regulations in accordance with the 2021 BOS technical guidelines. However, the existence of a dapodik system that is difficult to access has resulted in no nominal distribution of BOS funds for each student. This can be used for the Education Office to avoid obstacles in accessing the dapodik website for the next period.
