Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dari perusahaan komponen otomotif, yaitu Astra Otoparts Tbk dan PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk. Juga memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan yang akan dialami kedua perusahaan tersebut akibat dari mulai maraknya industri mobil listrik di dunia dan Indonesia yang akan berpengaruh pada penjualan perusahaan komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis rasio keuangan dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan analisis kebangkrutan dengan model Altman Z-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Astra Otoparts Tbk dari sisi likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan sovabilitas sangat baik. Sedangkan pada PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang buruk pada sisi likuiditas dan profitabilitas, tetapi pada sisi solvabilitas baik. Analisis kebangkrutan dengan model Altman Z-score menghasilkan Astra Otoparts Tbk aman dari potensi kebangkrutan sedangkan PT Garuda Metalindo berada di zona abu-abu antara kondisi bangkrut dan aman dari kebangkrutan./ The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of automotive component companies, namely Astra Otoparts Tbk and PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk. Also predicts the potential for bankruptcy that will be experienced by the two companies as a result of the rise of the electric car industri in the world and Indonesia which will affect the sales of automotive component companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by analyzing financial ratios using the ratio of liquidity, profitability, solvency, and bankruptcy analysis with the Altman Z-score model. The results showed that the financial performance of Astra Otoparts Tbk in terms of liquidity, profitability, and solvency was very good. Meanwhile, PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk has poor financial performance in terms of liquidity and profitability, but in terms of solvency is good. Bankruptcy analysis using the Altman Z-score model resulted in Astra Otoparts Tbk being safe from potential bankruptcy while PT Garuda Metalindo was in the gray zone between bankruptcy and safe from bankruptcy.
