Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) setahun sebelum Initial Public Offering (IPO), setelah Initial Public Offering (IPO), dan setahun semasa pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang tersedia di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik penelitian data kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengetahui performa perusahaan di masa lalu dan memperoleh suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja perusahaan relatif baik dalam mengendalikan beban pokok penjualan untuk memproduksi barang, menghasilkan tingkat keuntungan operasional perusahaan dari setiap penjualannya sebelum memperhitungkan biaya bunga dan pajak perusahaan, memaksimalkan pendapatan usaha yang ada untuk menghasilkan keuntungan bersih, memaksimalkan aset yang ada untuk menghasilkan laba operasi. Namun, peningkatan kinerja perusahaan relatif tidak cukup stabil dalam memaksimalkan modal ekuitas yang ada untuk menghasilkan laba bersih atau laba tahun berjalan. / This study aims to compare the financial performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) a year before the Initial Public Offering (IPO), after the Initial Public Offering (IPO), and a year during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method used is a literature study method using secondary data available on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The type of technique used is a qualitative data research technique using a descriptive approach to determine the company's performance in the past and obtain a conclusion. The results show that the company's performance improvement is relatively good in controlling the cost of goods sold to produce goods, generating the company's operating profit level from each sale before calculating the company's interest costs and taxes, maximizing existing operating income to generate net profits, maximizing existing assets to generate income. operating profit. However, the company's performance improvement is relatively not stable enough in maximizing the existing equity capital to generate net profit or profit for the year.
