Abstract

Abstrak Inventarisasi merupakan kegiatan penting dalam proses penatausahaan BMN karena merupakan salah satu elemen yang menjadikan data BMN menjadi tertata dan tercatat dengan baik. Kegiatan inventarisasi dilakukan oleh setiap unit Pengguna Barang sebagai salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawaban atas adanya BMN. SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen sebagai unit Pengguna Barang melaksanakan kegiatan inventarisasi dengan bantuan Aplikasi SIMDA. Penggunaan Aplikasi SIMDA merupakan bentuk terintegrasinya proses inventarisasi oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan inventarisasi BMN secara terkomputerisasi. Proses pelaksanaan penelitian tinjauan kegiatan inventarisasi dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan proses wawancara dan observasi. Penulisan ini terbatas pada ruang lingkup mengenai kegiatan inventarisasi dan kendala proses pelaksanaan dengan bantuan Aplikasi SIMDA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan inventarisasi pada SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen telah dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya berdasarkan dengan proses pendataan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. Hal ini, menandakan bahwa kegiatan inventarisasi dilakukan dengan tertib. Namun, perlu dilakukannya peningkatan SDM dalam pengoperasian kegiatan inventarisasi yang nantinya akan mempermudah kegiatan inventarisasi. / Inventory is an important activity in the BMN administration process, which is one element that makes BMN data well organized and recorded. Inventory activities are carried out by each Goods User unit as a form of accountability for the existence of BMN. SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen as a Goods User unit carries out an inventory with the help of the SIMDA Application. The use of the SIMDA application is an integrated form of the inventory process by the government. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the process of implementing a computerized BMN inventory. The research process for inventory activities is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The method of data collection is done by interview and observation. This writing is limited to the scope of the inventory and implementation process with the help of the SIMDA application. The results showed that the inventory at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen had been carried out properly based on the process of data collection, recording, and reporting. This indicates that the inventory activities are carried out in an orderly manner. However, it is necessary to increase human resources in the operation of the inventory which will facilitate the inventory.
