Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerimaan kas dalam ruang lingkup pemerintah adalah salah satu unsur yang berperan sangat penting dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Setiap instansi dalam pemerintahan perlu merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengontrol serta mempertanggungjawabkan setiap bentuk penerimaan kas berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur penerimaan kas pada PKB pada UPT Pengelolaan Pendapatan Taluk Kuantan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau serta meninjau penerapan sistem pengendalian internalnya yang dibantu oleh aplikasi MySamsat. Sistem yang telah berjalan selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan teori yang terdapat dalam ilmu Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu melihat gambaran dan kondisi objek secara langsung berdasarkan data dan fakta kemudian ditinjau dan diambil kesimpulan sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi pihak-pihak terkait. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan oleh penulis, penerapan sistem dan prosedur penerimaan kas PKB telah berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Sementara itu, sistem pengendalian internalnya juga telah sesuai. / Cash receipts within the scope of government are one of the most important parts of local financial management. Every government department needs to plan, implement, control, and be responsible for cash receipts under applicable regulations. This study aims to determine the conditions of the cash accounting system and procedure of PKB in UPT Pengelolaan Pendapatan Taluk Kuantan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau and to observe the internal control that were supported by MySamsat app service. The systems that have been running were compared with accounting information system theory. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which is to see the description and condition of the object directly based on data and facts, then observe and draw conclusions to be beneficial to related parties. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by the author, the application of the cash accounting system and procedure has been running efficiently and effectively. Therefore, the internal control is adequate.
