Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 memberikan dampak kepada berbagai sektor di dunia khususnya di Indonesia. Salah satunya yang terkena dampak dari pandemi adalah sektor ekonomi. Hal ini terlihat jelas dengan menurunnya laba perusahaan hingga bahkan mengalami kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia. Objek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor pengembangan properti dan real estat. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan. Metode analisis menggunakan metode analisis rasio keuangan yang berfokus pada tiga rasio yaitu rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan PT Summarecon Agung Tbk periode 2018 hingga 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan yang tidak terlalu signifikan tiap tahunnya pada margin laba kotor dan margin laba operasi. Namun demikian, dikarenakan adanya insentif pajak terhadap sektor properti berupa PPPN DTP (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Ditanggung Pemerintah membuat perusahaan sektor properti kembali bangkit. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari laba pada laporan keuangan 2021 yang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. / The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in 2020 had an impact on various sectors in the world, especially in Indonesia. One of them affected by the pandemic is the economic sector. This can be seen clearly with the decline in the company's profit to even suffer losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how much impact the Covid-19 pandemic has on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia. The object of research used is PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, which is a company engaged in the property and real estate development sector. The data collection methodology used is the literature method. The analysis method uses a financial ratio analysis method that focuses on three ratios, namely liquidity ratio, profitability, and solvency. The data used in this study was sourced from the company's financial statements of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk for the period 2018 to 2020. The results showed that there was a not very significant decrease every year in gross profit margin and operating profit margin. However, due to tax incentives for the property sector in the form of PPPN DTP (Value Added Tax Borne by the Government, property sector companies have risen again. This can be seen from the profit in the 2021 financial statements which increased from the previous year.
