Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2019, Covid-19 menyebabkan lambatnya perekonomian dunia yang diakibatkan karena aktivitas manusia terhambat karena harus beradaptasi dengan Covid-19, semua orang hanya berdiam diri dirumah masih-masing, menyimpan uang dan hanya digunakan disaat genting, mengakibatkan banyaknya terjadi phk, orang-orang kehilangan pekerjaan, produktivitas menurun, dan mengakibatkan ekonomi berjalan sangat lambat. Berbagai sektor perekonomian terkena dampaknya, terutama sektor pariwisata dimana pariwisata sangat bergantung kepada seberapa banyak orang-orang yang melakukan perjalanan atau berlibur di Kawasan pariwisata tersebut, dengan keadaan yang serba terbatas ini, semua orang dipaksa untuk hanya berdiam diri dirumah agar menurunkan jumlah korban Covid19. Pariwisata di Indonesia menyumbang pendapatan yang cukup besar, daerahdaerah seperti privinsi Bali yang pendapatannya dominan berasal dari sektor pariwisata, hal ini di dukung dengan akomodasi perhotelannya yang sangat baik. Salah satunya adalah hotel Mercure, sangat menarik untuk melihat kinerja keuangan Hotel-hotel yang berada dibali, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahuai pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan hotel. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan metode analisis untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang dibutuhkan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan hasilnya adalah bahwa kinerja keuangan hotel Mercure cukup baik jika dibandingkan dengan industri sejenisnya, dilihat dari berbagai rasio keuangan yang datanya didapat dari sebelum dan dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kinerja keuangan holet-hotel di Bali, termasuk hotel Mercure, mengalami kenaikan juga penurunana, ketidak stabilan ini diakibatkan karena tidak siapnya menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang dating tiba-tiba. / In 2019, Covid-19 caused a slowdown in the world economy caused by human activities being hampered because they had to adapt to Covid-19, everyone just stayed at home, saving money and only used it when it was urgent, resulting in many layoffs, people - people lose their jobs, decrease productivity, and result in very slow running. Various sectors of the economy, especially the tourism and tourism sectors, are very dependent on how many people travel or vacation in the area, with limited circumstances, everyone is forced to just remain silent in order to reduce the number of Covid-19 victims. Tourism in Indonesia generates sufficient income. In large areas, such as the province of Bali, where the dominant income comes from the tourism sector, this is supported by excellent hotel accommodations. One of them is the Mercure hotel, it is very interesting to see the financial performance of hotels in Bali, with the aim of knowing the impact of Covid-19 on the financial performance of hotels. By using literature study and analytical methods to obtain the required research results. From the research conducted, the result is that the xiv financial performance of Mercure hotels is quite good when compared to similar industries, seen from various financial ratios whose data was obtained from before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion is that the financial performance of holet-hotels in Bali, including the Mercure hotel, has increased as well as decreased, this instability due to unpreparedness for the sudden onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
