Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa adanya perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 pada perusahaan subsektor restoran yaitu PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk (MBA), PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk (PTSP), dan PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA). Analisis kinerja keuangan tersebut menggunakan perhitungan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas. Tujuan lainnya yaitu untuk menganalisis terkait adanya potensi financial distress yang dapat mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kebangkrutan pada masa periode Covid-19. Untuk metode yang digunakan yaitu model Altman Z-Score terdiri dari empat variabel. Kemudian, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pada laporan keuangan dari ketiga perusahaan tersebut tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan MBA, PTSP, dan PZZA pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan yang signifikan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelum Covid-19 dan tahun 2021 sudah ada progresif meskipun tidak signifikan. Untuk hasil Altman Z-Score pada tahun 2019 ketiga perusahaan dalam kondisi aman, namun tahun 2020 MBA dan PTSP berpotensi pailit, sedangkan tahun 2021 hanya PTSP yang masih dapat berpotensi pailit. / The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the differences in financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in restaurant subsector companies, namely PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk (MBA), PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk (PTSP), and PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA). The analysis of financial performance uses the calculation of the ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity. Another purpose is to analyze the potential for financial distress that could result in the company going bankrupt during the Covid-19 period. For the method used, the Altman Z-Score model consists of four variables. Then, the data used in this study is based on the financial statements of the three companies from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of MBA, PTSP, and PZZA in 2020 experienced a significant decline when compared to the year before Covid-19 and in 2021 there is already a progressive though not significant. For the results of the Altman Z-Score in 2019, the three companies are in a safe condition, but in 2020 the MBA and PTSP have the potential to go bankrupt, while in 2021 only PTSP can still potentially go bankrupt.
