Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau implementasi dari Siskeudes terkait pengelolaan keuangan desa menurut Permendagri No. 20 Tahun 2018. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Pelumutan. Penulis ingin meneliti seberapa akuntabilitas dari penerapan Siskeudes yang telah diterapkan di Pemerintah Desa Pelumutan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara melalui wawancara sehingga memperoleh data primer dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder. Setelah itu, penulis meninjau data yang telah diperoleh dengan Permendagri No. 20 Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemerintah desa telah mengelola dana desa sesuai dengan prinsip akuntabilitas serta mengimplementasikan Siskeudes dengan baik. Timbul beberapa masalah terkait kurangnya sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi. Beberapa masalah tidak dapat diselesaikan sendiri namun harus dengan bantuan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten. Teknologi di Desa Pelumutan telah tersedia cukup memadai, sehingga memudahkan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi. Penelitian ini berdampak baik bagi penulis maupun pemerintah desa. Penulis dapat mempraktikkan teori yang telah dipelajari, sedangkan pemerintah desa mampu mempertahankan kinerjanya bahkan membuatnya lebih baik lagi. /This research purpose is to review the implementation of Siskeudes regarding village financial management according to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. The object of this research is the Pelumutan Village Government. The author wants to examine the accountability of the Siskeudes implementation that has been implemented in the Pelumutan Village Government. The research was conducted by means of interviews so as to obtain primary data and literature study to obtain secondary data. After that, the authors review the data that has been obtained by Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. The results show that the village government has managed village funds in accordance with the principle of accountability and implemented Siskeudes well. Several problems arise related to the lack of socialization of the use of the application. Some problems cannot be solved alone but must be with the help of the District Government. The available technology in Pelumutan Village is sufficient, making it easier to operate the application. This research had an impact on both the author and the village government. The author can put the theory that has been learned into practice, while the village government is able to maintain its performance and even make it even better.
