Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi siklus penggajian dan siklus pengeluaran pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap teori yang telah dipelajari dalam perkuliahan dengan praktik yang terjadi di lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar teori yang dipelajari telah sesuai dengan praktik yang diterapkan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri. Namun, terdapat beberapa bagian pada fungsi dan dokumen yang tidak sesuai dengan teori. Perbedaan tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap siklus penggajian dan siklus pengeluaran yang terjadi pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri, sehingga siklus penggajian dan siklus pengeluaran dapat berjalan dengan baik./ This paper aims to determine the application of the accounting information system of the payroll and expenditure cycle at the Kantor Imigrasi Kediri. This research was conducted by analyzing the theory that has been learned in lectures with practices that occur in the field. The research methods for this paper used are literature study, interviews, and observations. The results showed that most of the theories learned were in accordance with the practices applied at the Kantor Imigrasi Kediri. However, there are some parts of the functions and documents that are not in accordance with the theory. But, the difference does not have a significant effect on the payroll and expenditure cycle that occurs at the Kantor Imigrasi Kediri, so that the payroll cycle and expenditure cycle can run well.
