Abstract
Manajemen properti merupakan pengawasan terhadap properti yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan nilai aset real estate dengan menghasilkan pendapatan untuk pemiliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel manajemen properti di SMA Negeri 3 Cimahiterhadap variabel kualitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas belajar siswa antara sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh dan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi virus covid-19. Penulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi lapangan yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara analisis wawancara dan uji statistika untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian.berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh manajemen properti terhadap kualitas belajar siswa sebesar 8,2% sehingga dengan hasil yang positif, manajemen properti dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi serta mengatasi masalah learning loss. Selain itu, kualitas belajar siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya sebesar 91,8% seperti faktor interaksi sosial, metode pembelajaran, dan lain-lain./ Property management is the supervision of property that aims to maintain or increase the value of real estate assets by generating income for their owners. The study's purpose was to determine the effect of the property management variable at Senior High School 3 Cimahi on the variable quality of student learning. This study was also conducted to determine the differences in the quality of student learning between distance learning systems and face-to-face learning after the COVID-19 pandemic. The author uses the method of literature study and field studies sourced from primary and secondary data to collect research data. Data were processed using interview analysis and statistical tests to obtain research results. Based on the study results, the authors conclude that there is an effect of the property management on the quality of student learning by 8.2% so that with positive results, the property can improve the quality of student learning at SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi and overcome the problem of learning loss. In addition, the quality of learning is also influenced by other factors 91.8% such as social interaction factors, learning methods, and others. learning loss
