Abstract
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen properti Gedung Parkir Pandanaran, pengaruhnya terhadap kepatuhan pengguna jalan untuk tidak parkir di bahu jalan, dan mengetahui langkah strategis pihak pengelola dalam mengoptimalkan gedung parkir pandanaran untuk mengurangi parkir liar di pinggir jalan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah analisis wacana kualitatif. Data yang digunakan untuk analisis didapatkan dengan metode studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen properti Gedung Parkir Pandanaran belum berjalan dengan baik. Pelaksanaannya belum ada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku. Pengoptimalan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi parkir di bahu jalan adalah meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana gedung parkir secara fisik maupun layanan. Peningkatan fungsi gedung parkir dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan manajemen properti yang baik sesuai dengan aspek-aspek manajemen properti antara lain melakukan perencanaan pengelolaan gedung parkir yang efektif dan efisien, membentuk sistem koordinasi yang terintegrasi, dan membuat SOP kegiatan./ This writing aims to find out how the implementation of Pandanaran Parking Building property management, its effect on road user compliance not to park on the roadside, and to find out the strategic steps of the manager in optimizing the Pandanaran parking building to reduce illegal parking on the roadside. The analytical method used in this paper is qualitative discourse analysis. The data used for the analysis was obtained by the method of literature study and field study. The results showed that the implementation of Pandanaran Parking Building property management has not been going well. In its implementation there is no applicable standard operating procedure (SOP). Optimization made to reduce parking on the roadside is to improve the facilities and infrastructure of the parking building both physically and in service. Improving the function of the parking building can be done by implementing good property management in accordance with property management aspects, including planning for effective and efficient parking building management, establishing an integrated coordination system, and improving activity SOPs.
