Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kekuatan BRI berdasarkan metode yang dirumuskan oleh Michael E. Porter yaitu analisis 5 kekuatan. Analisis ini dapat membantu manajer dalam memutuskan strategi yang akan digunakan Perbankan merupakan salah satu industri yang bersaing dengan cukup ketat., dikarenakan adanya kesamaan mekanisme kerja dan produk jasa yang dihasilkan Oleh karena itu, dalam karya tulis ini dilakukan analisis 5 kekuatan BRI yang dibandingkan dengan BCA, guna mengetahui bagaimana tekanan atas 5 aspek tersebut, serta bagaimana posisi BRI dibanding BCA. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa posisi BRI tidak lebih unggul dari BCA. Kata Kunci: Analisis 5 kekuatan, Bank, Michael E. Porter. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the strength of BRI based on the method formulated by Michael E. Porter, namely the analysis of 5 strengths. This analysis can assist managers in deciding the strategy to be used. Banking is one of the industries that competes quite tightly, due to the similarity of the work mechanism and the resulting service products. Therefore, in this paper an analysis of 5 strengths of BRI is compared with BCA, to find out how the pressure on these 5 aspects is, and how BRI's position is compared to BCA. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data collection method used is the method of literature study and interviews. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that BRI's position is not superior to BCA. Keywords: 5 strengths analysis, Bank, Michael E. Porter.
