Abstract

Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat membuat sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan di segala organisasi, termasuk juga sekolah. Sekolah merupakan tempat di mana seseorang menimba ilmu. Saat ini, SMP PGRI Montongan telah menggunakan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dalam proses bisnis mereka, tetapi tampaknya masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi pada proses bisnis mereka. Tulisan ini menyajikan pembahasan mengenai proses bisnis yang digambarkan melalui rantai nilai dengan alat analisis berupa Porter Value Chain, analisis bisnis eksternal dan internal menggunakan SWOT, analisis sistem informasi internal dan eksternal menggunakan McFarlan Strategic Grid, serta peran sistem informasi akuntansi pada keputusan penggunaan Dana BOS. Diharapkan analisis yang dilakukan mampu menghasilkan rumusan yang baik dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang sejalan dengan visi dan misi organisasi yang ada./The rapid development of technological advancement makes information systems and information technology indispensable in all organizations, including schools. School is a place for someone to gain knowledge. Currently, SMP PGRI Montongan has used information systems and information technology in their business processes, but it seems that there are still some shortcomings in the utilization of information systems and information technology in their business processes. This writing provides a discussion about business processes described through the value chain with Porter Value Chain as an analysis tool, analysis of internal and external business using SWOT, analysis of internal and external information systems using McFarlan Strategic Grid, and the role of accounting information systems in the decision-making of usage of Dana BOS. The analysis carried out is hoped to produce a good formulation in developing information systems and information technology that is in line with the existing vision and mission of the organization.
