Abstract

Sistem teknologi dan informasi memiliki peran yang penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang baik. Untuk itu, Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharan menciptakan suatu sistem, yaitu Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) yang mengintegrasikan proses perencanaan dan penganggaran, pelaksanaan, serta pertanggungjawaban APBN pada instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait yang menggunakan aplikasi SAKTI di KPPN Cirebon. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran penggunaan fungsi dan perbandingan buku-buku yang digunakan oleh Bendahara Pengeluaran KPPN Cirebon dengan PER-03/PB/2014 serta permasalahan yang dialami dan solusinya. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan yang telah penulis lakukan terhadap pembukuan Bendahara Pengeluaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi SAKTI di KPPN Cirebon tidak semua buku yang ada di PER-03/PB/2014 digunakan. Untuk penggunaan fungsi pada aplikasi SAKTI dapat digunakan dengan baik. Permasalahan yang sering dialami yaitu aplikasi SAKTI yang melambat Ketika awal bulan./ Technology and information systems have an important role in realizing good government governance. For this reason, the Directorate General of Treasury created a system, namely the Agency-Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) that integrates the planning and budgeting, implementation, and accountability processes of the State Budget in government agencies. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection is carried out by literature studies, direct observation, and interviews with related parties who use the SAKTI application at KPPN Cirebon. This research is expected to provide an overview of the use of functions and comparisons of books used by the Treasurer of Expenditure of KPPN Cirebon with PER-03 / PB / 2014 and the problems experienced and solutions. Based on the results of the review that the author has conducted on the bookkeeping of the Treasurer of Expenditure by using the SAKTI application at KPPN Cirebon, not all books in PER-03 / PB / 2014 are used. For the use of functions in the SAKTI application can be used well. Problems that are often experienced are the SAKTI application that slows down at the beginning of the month.
