Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk dengan membandingkan kondisi keuangan sebelum dan di masa pandemic Covid- 19. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis rasio keuangan yang ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas. Di samping membandingkan antar tahun, analisis rasio keuangan juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan pada perusahaan sejenis, yaitu PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk dan PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. Hasil analisis berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2020 menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk cenderung menurun. Namun, penurunan tersebut tidak bersifat signifikan apabila dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sejenis. Hasil perbandingan analisis rasio keuangan secara keseluruhan mengindikasikan bahwa masa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif yang cukup besar sehingga mengakibatkan laba bersih PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk menjadi menurun./ The background of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk by comparing the financial conditions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analytical method used in this research is financial ratio analysis in terms of profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios. In addition to comparing between years, financial ratio analysis is also carried out by comparing similar companies, namely PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk and PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk.The results of the analysis based on financial ratio analysis from 2018 to 2020 show that the financial performances of PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk tends to decline. However, this decrease is not significant when compared to similar companies. The comparison of the analysis of financial ratios as a whole indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic had a fairly large negative impact, resulting in a decline in the net profit of PT Pollux Investasi Internasional Tbk.
