Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat maturitas BLU Puskesmas Neglasari berdasarkan aspek keuangan dan aspek kapabilitas internal yang dimilikinya melalui data keuangan dan kapabilitas internal tiga tahun terakhir yang didapatkan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan pihak internal terkait tata kelola BLU Puskesmas Neglasari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah alat ukur maturitas BLU yakni BLU Maturity Rating. Strategi Puskesmas Neglasari ke depannya juga dibahas pada penelitian ini berdasarkan Rencana Strategi Bisnis yang dimiliki./ The study was conducted to determine the maturity level of the Neglasari Health Center BLU based on the financial aspect and internal capability aspects it has through financial data and internal capabilities for the last three years obtained through literature studies and interviews with internal parties related to the Neglasari Health Center BLU governance. The research method used is the BLU maturity measurement tool, namely the BLU Maturity Rating. The strategy of the Neglasari Health Center in the future is also discussed in this study based on its Business Strategy Plan.
