Abstract

Karya tulis ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis penilaian kinerja keuangan dari PT. Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio keuangan perbankan yakni rasio CAMEL. Di dalam karya tulis ini juga dijelaskan mengenai perhitungan nilai wajar (valuasi) perusahaan dengan metode penilaian discounted cash flow. Analisis selanjutnya adalah mengenai Bank Raya Indonesia sebagai bagian dari digital banking di Indonesia. Adapun dalam melakukan pengukuran kinerja keuangan dan perhitungan nilai wajar perusahaan ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan mengacu pada sumber literatur seperti laporan keuangan perusahaan dan jurnal terkait. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa kinerja keuangan dari PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk ditinjau dari rasio keuangan CAMEL masih berimbang. Hal ini dapat dilihat untuk kinerja rasio permodalan dan kualitas aset perusahaan sudah lebih baik dari industrinya dan untuk rasio manajemen efisiensi dan likuiditas perusahaan masih berada di bawah industri perbankan. Kemudian untuk hasil perhitungan nilai wajar (valuasi) dari PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk ini mendapatkan hasil kurang lebih Rp 29,87 triliun./ This paper is the result research on the analysis of the financial performance assessment of PT. Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk in terms of banking financial ratios, namely the CAMEL ratio. This paper also describes the calculation of the company's fair value (valuation) using the discounted cashflow method of valuation. The next analysis is about Bank Raya Indonesia as part of digital banking in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in measuring financial performance and calculating the fair value of this company, it uses the research method of literature study with reference to literature sources such as company financial statements and related journals. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the financial performance of PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk in terms of CAMEL's financial ratios was still balanced. It can be seen that the performance of the company's capital ratio and asset quality is better than the industry's and the efficiency and liquidity management ratio of the company is still below the banking industry. Then for the results of the fair value calculation (valuation) from PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk, the result is approximately Rp. 29.87 trillion.
