Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengendalian gratifikasi. Faktor yang diamati meliputi budaya organisasi, penegakan peraturan, kepemimpinan, dan religiusitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 105 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kementerian PUPR yang bekerja di kantor pusat. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan penegakan peraturan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengendalian gratifikasi, sedangkan kepemimpinan dan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengendalian gratifikasi. Temuan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi Kementerian PUPR dalam melaksanakan pengendalian gratifikasi. Hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian gratifikasi adalah dengan melaksanakan budaya etis organisasi, melaksanakan penegakan peraturan, meningkatkan keteladanan dari pemimpin, dan meningkatkan religiusitas pegawai. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence gratification control. Observed factors include organizational culture, rule enforcement, leadership, and religiosity. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who were PUPR Ministry employees who worked at the head office. The research results analyzed using multiple linear regression show that cultural organizations and statutory regulations have a significant positive effect on gratification control, while leadership and religion do not have a significant effect on gratification control. It is hoped that the findings can contribute to the PUPR Ministry in implementing gratification control. Things that can be done to improve gratification control are by implementing an ethical organizational culture, implementing regulatory enforcement, increasing the example of leaders, and increasing employee religiosity.
