Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari implementasi aplikais Siskeudes, integritas, kompetensi aparatur desa dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan pengelolaan dana desa. Populasi penelitian ini di desa-desa di Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 85 sampel aparatur desa sebagai responden yang menjabat antara lain kepala desa, bendahara desa dan operator Siskeudes. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi aplikasi Siskeudes dan integritas berpengaruh positif terhadap pencegahan kecurangan pengelolaan dana desa. Sedangkan kompetensi aparatur desa dan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan pengelolaan dana desa. This research analyzes the influence of the implementation of the Siskeudes application, integrity, competency of village officials and leadership style on preventing fraud in managing village funds. The population of this study was in villages in Blitar Regency. This research used a sample of 85 village officials as respondents who held positions including village head, village treasurer and Siskeudes operator. This research is quantitative. Primary data was collected using the questionnaire method. The results of this research found that the implementation of the Siskeudes application and integrity had a positive effect on preventing fraud in managing village funds. Meanwhile, the competence of village officials and leadership style have no effect on preventing fraud in managing village funds.
