Abstract

Data Laporan Kinerja Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian PUPR tahun 2022, rata-rata persentase tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pengawasan yang tuntas pada sistem e-PTLHP sebesar 59.7%. Selain itu hasil survei pemahaman pengguna atas sistem e-PTLHP diperoleh bahwa sistem e-PTLHP belum sepenuhnya memudahkan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengawasan. Kinerja pengawasan inspektorat tersebut secara tidak langsung dapat dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana sistem tersebut memberikan user experience bagi penggunanya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bagaimana UX yang saat ini diberikan oleh sistem e-PTLHP bagi penggunanya, mengidentifikasi permasalahan, faktor penyebab serta mencari solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan UX sistem e-PTLHP. Penelitian ini dilakukan metode mixed method yaitu metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur kondisi eksisting UX sistem e-PTLHP dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi dan mencari alternatif solusi yang dapat dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e PTLHP memiliki kelemahan pada aspek efisiensi, kejelasan sistem, dan stimulasi sistem yang disebabkan oleh kecepatan loading yang lambat, visual grafis sistem kurang optimal, penyajian data kurang informatif dan alur proses sistem yang kurang terorganisir. Rekomendasi perbaikan atas permasalahan tersebut antara lain penerapan query cache, file comppression, peningkatan fitur filter data, penerapan web responsive design, penerapan collapse row, penambahan fitur breadcrumb navigation, integrasi data dengan API, dan redesain alur proses dan report sistem. Data from the Performance Report of the Inspectorate General of Ministry of Public Work & Housing in 2022, the average percentage of follow-up on recommendations for completed supervision results in the e-PTLHP system is 59.7%. In addition, the results of a survey of user understanding of the e PTLHP system found that the e-PTLHP system has not fully facilitated the implementation of supervisory work. The inspectorate's supervisory performance can be indirectly influenced by the extent to which the system provides a user experience for its users. The research aims to obtain an overview of how UX is currently provided by the e-PTLHP system for its users, identify problems, causal factors and find the best solution to improve the UX of the e-PTLHP system. This research was conducted using a mixed method, which consists of quantitative methods to measure the existing condition of the UX of the e-PTLHP system, followed by qualitative methods to explore the problems faced and find alternative solutions that can be done. The results showed that the e-PTLHP system has weaknesses in the aspects of efficiency, system clarity, and system stimulation caused by slow loading speed, less than optimal system visual graphics, less informative data presentation and less organized system process flow. Recommendations for improvements to these problems include the application of query cache, file compression, increasing data filter features, implementing responsive web design, implementing collapse rows, adding breadcrumb navigation features, improving data filter features, integration of data with API, and redesign of process flow and system reports.
