Abstract

Direktorat Pengadaan Jasa Konstruksi selaku pihak yang mencairkan honor insentif pengelola PBJ di lingkungan Kementerian PUPR mengalami banyak permasalahan selama melakukan pencairan terpusat dengan sistem yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pencairan honor insentif PBJ serta permasalahan yang dihadapi serta bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain sistem yang. The Directorate of Construction Services Procurement as the party that disburses the incentive honorarium of goods and services procurement personnel within the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing experienced many problems during the centralized disbursement with the old system. This research aims to find out the process of disbursing incentive honoraria for goods and services procurement and the problems faced and aims to find out the right system design to overcome these problems. The development of information systems uses the prototyping method because the method has proven to be quite efficient. This prototype has 4 types of roles. This prototype also has system requirements consisting of 6 new features and 4 replication features from the old system. The initial prototype was tested for functionality using the UAT form and generated 4 feedbacks. The feedback was used to modify the initial prototype. The second trial was conducted to test the results of the previous modifications. The users stated that prototype 2 has met all their needs if this prototype will be used in the future. tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode prototyping karena metode tersebut terbukti cukup efisien. Prototype yang dibangun memiliki 4 jenis role. Prototype ini juga memiliki persyaratan sistem yang terdiri atas 6 fitur baru dan 4 fitur replikasi dari sistem yang lama. Prototype awal diuji fungsionalitasnya dengan menggunakan form UAT dan menghasilkan 4 masukan. Masukan tersebut digunakan untuk memodifikasi prototype awal. Uji coba kedua dilakukan untuk menguji hasil dari modifikasi sebelumnya. Para pengguna menyatakan bahwa prototype 2 telah memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan mereka apabila prototype ini akan digunakan kedepannya.
