Abstract
Perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi di bidang perpajakan mengubah perilaku wajib pajak dalam menjalakan kegiatan administrasi perpajakan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sebagai otoritas pajak di Indonesia senantiasa melakukan perbaikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk mempermudah wajib pajak melalui berbagai inovasi dan kebijakan baru. Salah satunya adalah implementasi kebijakan SPT Masa Unifikasi yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah wajib pajak dalam melaporkan SPT Masa secara daring dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Kepuasan wajib pajak terhadap sebuah inovasi dan kebijakan di bidang sistem informasi dan teknologi dapat dihitung berdasarkan beberapa variabel yang terdapat dalam PIECES Framework. PIECES Framework merupakan kerangka kerja yang memiliki enam kategori dalam klasifikasi dan pemecahan masalah yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, serta Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PIECES Framework dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan wajib pajak terhadap implementasi kebijakan SPT Masa Unifikasi dan menghasilkan skor rata-rata 4,19 dengan skala likert. Dari hasil tersebut, maka pengguna layanan dikategorikan puas terhadap layanan SPT Masa Unifikasi pada laman djponline. Implementasi kebijakan SPT Masa Unifikasi juga memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak yang dilihat berdasarkan persentase penurunan keterlambatan pelaporan SPT Masa setelah kebijakan SPT Masa Unifikasi diwajibkan untuk seluruh wajib pajak pemotong/pemungut. / The development of information systems and technology in the field of taxation has changed the behavior of taxpayers in carrying out tax administration activities to become more effective and efficient. Direktorat Jenderal Pajak as the tax authority in Indonesia always makes improvements in improving service quality to make it easier for taxpayers through various innovations and new policies. One of them is the implementation of SPT Masa Unifikasi policy which aims to make it easier for taxpayers to report SPT Masa online more quickly and accurately. Taxpayer satisfaction with an innovation and policy in the field of information systems and technology can be calculated based on several variables contained in the PIECES Framework. The PIECES Framework is a framework that has six categories in classification and problem solving, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. This study uses the PIECES Framework method in measuring the level of taxpayer satisfaction with the implementation of SPT Masa Unifikasi policy and produces an average score of 4.19 on a Likert scale. From these results, service users are categorized as satisfied with SPT Masa Unifikasi service on the djponline page. The implementation of SPT Masa Unifikasi policy also has an impact on increasing taxpayer compliance as seen from the percentage reduction in late reporting of SPT Masa after SPT Masa Unifikasi policy is required for all withholding taxpayers.
