Abstract

Abstrak Laporan keuangan menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Salah satu cara dalam menilai keberhasilan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan analisis rasio profitabilitas. Dengan adanya pandemi, banyak perusahaan yang mengalami kegagalan untuk mencapai target yang sudah ditentukan. Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren rasio profitabilitas, kinerja, dan strategi bertahan PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk periode sebelum dan sesudah pandemi. Pandemi covid-19 mewabah pada awal tahun 2020 dan menyebabkan perekonomian dunia menurun. Salah satunya yang terkena dampaknya adalah PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk. Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dalam mencari referensi yang mendukung pembuatan karya tulis dan metode analisis data dalam mengolah data pada laporan keuangan supaya dapat menjadi rasio profitabilitas. Dari hasil karya tulis ini, penulis megambil kesimpulan bahwa PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk terkena dampak pandemi yang cukup signifikan namun dapat bertahan dan bangkit pada periode berikutnya. Hal ini tentu tidak lepas dari strategi yang dilakukan PT Dafam Property Indonesia dalam menghadapi pandemi. / Abstract Financial statements are an important indicator in determining a company's business success. A profitability ratio analysis is one way to measure this success. With the pandemic, many companies have failed to achieve the targets that have been set. The purpose of this paper is to determine the trend of PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk's profitability ratios, performance, and survival strategies before and after the pandemic. The covid-19 pandemic broke out in early 2020 and caused the world economy to fell off. One of the companies that's been affected is PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk. This paper uses a literature study method in finding references that support writing and data analysis methods in processing data in financial statements so that they can be used as profitability ratios. Based on the research findings of this paper, the author concludesthat PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk was severely impacted by the pandemic but was able to survive and recover in the following period. This, of course, cannot be separated from the pandemic strategy implemented by PT Dafam Property Indonesia.
