Abstract

PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry berencana untuk melepaskan sahamnya ke publik melalui mekanisme Initial Public Offering (IPO) pada tahun 2022. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk merealisasikan sustainability growth dalam lima tahun kedepan. Perseroan mengambil langkah IPO untuk mendapatkan pendanaan yang cocok dengan industri penyebrangkan yang padat modal dan periode pinjaman yang pendek. Harga penawaran saham perdana ini penting bagi investor karena akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi. Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk 1.) Mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT ASDP dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan perusahaan. 2.) Memberikan opini nilai wajar dari saham PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry dalam rangka Initial Public Offering pada tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan metode Discount Cash Flow. Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen. Dokumen utama yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan PT ASDP dari tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian menyimpulkan, kinerja keuangan PT ASDP masih berada pada performa yang cukup baik dan dapat diketahui indikasi nilai wajar harga saham PT ASDP pada saat initial public offering./PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry plans to release its shares to the public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) mechanism in 2022. This is done as an effort to realize sustainable growth in the next five years. The Company took the IPO step to obtain suitable funding for the capital-intensive ferry industry and short loan period. The initial public offering price is important for investors because it will be taken into consideration in making investment decisions. This Final Project is aimed at 1.) Knowing the financial performance of PT ASDP by using the company's financial ratio analysis. 2.) Provide an opinion on the fair value of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry's shares in the context of Initial Public Offering in 2022 using the Discount Cash Flow method. This final project paper uses descriptive quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of library research and document analysis. The main document used is PT ASDP's financial statements from 2016-2020. The study concludes that the financial performance of PT ASDP is still in a fairly good performance and it can be seen an indication of the fair value of PT ASDP's share price at the time of the initial public offering.
