Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kondisi kinerja keuangan, potensi kebangrutan usaha serta mengetahui dampak terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kinerja perusahaan subsektor perhotelan yang telah terdaftar di BEI pada periode sebelum pandemi COVID-19 (2016-2019) dan saat terjadi pandemi COVID-19 (2020). Analisis kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas sedangkan analisis prediksi kebangkrutan usaha menggunakan model Altman Z-Scores. Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan 2016-2020 yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi perusahaan subsektor perhotelan yang telah terdaftar di BEI, yakni PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk, PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk, dan PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. Berdasarkan penjelasan dari analisis kinerja keuangan dengan rasio keuangan dan prediksi kebangkrutan usaha model Altman Z-Scores, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan yang memiliki performance paling bagus dalam mengelola kinerja keuangan perusahaannya adalah PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil rasio perusahaan yang bernilai paling tinggi dari segi likuiditas maupun profitabilitas dan memiliki hasil terendah pada rasio solvabilitas. Selain itu perusahaan tersebut juga mampu bertahan dalam kondisi zona safe selama pandemi COVID-19./ The purpose of writing this Final Project is to explain the condition of financial performance, the potential for bankruptcy, and find out the impact of the COVID19 pandemic on the performance of hospitality sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the period before the COVID-19 pandemic (2016-2019) and during the COVID-19 (2020) pandemic. Financial performance analysis uses financial ratios consisting of liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios, while bankruptcy prediction analysis uses the Altman Z-Scores business model. This Final Project uses secondary data from the 2016-2020 annual report obtained through the official website of hospitality sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk, PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk, and PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. Based on the analysis of financial performance with financial ratios and the prediction of business bankruptcy with the Altman Z-Scores model, the company that has the best performance in managing the company's financial performance is PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. It is visible from the results of the company's ratio, which has the highest value in liquidity and profitability and has the lowest yield on the solvency ratio. Moreover PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk could maintain the company's condition in the safe zone during COVID-19 pandemic period.
