Abstract
Perkembangan sektor teknologi saat ini mempengaruhi berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat, hal ini ditandai dengan transformasi digital yang terus berjalan meskipun pandemi terjadi. Fenomena transformasi digital tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh EMTK untuk terus mengembangkan bisnisnya secara ekspansif. Pengembangan ini mendororng EMTK untuk berinovasi dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan agar membantu meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan paradigma positif, sementara tujuan peneliti mencoba menganalisis perusahaan dari berbagai aspek dengan lengkap. Sementara hasil penelitian ini berupa kondisi nilai wajar EMTK yang mencerminkan kondisi undervalued. Dengan persaingan dalam sektor teknologi yang ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan berinovasi melalui berbagai strategi agar bisnisnya terus berkembang./ The development of the technology sector currently affects various aspects of people's lives, this is marked by digital transformation that continues despite the pandemic. The phenomenon of digital transformation is utilized by EMTK to continue to expand its business expansively. This development encourages EMTK to innovate and collaborate with various stakeholders to help improve people's lives for the better. Meanwhile, this research uses quantitative methods with a positive paradigm, while the aim of the researcher is to try to analyze the company from various aspects completely. Meanwhile, the results of this study are in the form of a fair value condition of EMTK which reflects an undervalued condition. With intense competition in the technology sector, companies are required to adapt by innovating through various strategies so that their business continues to grow.
