Abstract
PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk merupakan salah satu BUMN yang tidak lepas kaitannya dengan utang yang menggunung. Hal tersebut diakibatkan adanya pandemi membuat perusahaan mengalami penurunan drastis dilihat dari neraca laba rugi. Selain itu, peningkatan utang PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang tinggi setiap tahunnya berdampak pada perusahaan termasuk pada biaya modal (Cost of Capital). Maka dari itu karya tulis ini memfokuskan pada pengelompokkan sumber utang PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam karya tulis ini ini adalah metode studi kepusatakaan dan clustering utang. Clustering dilihat dari pemberi utang, tingkat suku bunga, tanggal jatuh tempo pembayaran utang, serta valas pada perusahaan pada 3 (tiga) jenis utang terbesar yaitu utang usaha, utang obligasi dan utang bank. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat beberapa kelompok sumber hutang dari yang butuh perhatian lebih hingga sangat butuh perhatian lebih diukur dari masing-masing bobot cluster. Utang di antaranya adalah utang bank yang sebagian sangat membutuhkan perhatian lebih, sebagian lagi tidak. Selain itu didapatkan pula utang usaha yang cenderung butuh perhatian lebih dan utang obligasi yang sangat butuh perhatian lebih. / PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the state-owned enterprises that can not be separated from the accumulated debt. This is due to the pandemic making the company experience a drastic decrease seen from the income balance. In addition, the increase in debt of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is high every year has an impact on the company including on the cost of Capital. Therefore, this research then focuses on grouping the sources of debt of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The method that will be used in this paper is the library study method and debt clustering. The clustering is based on lenders, interest rates, maturity dates of debt payments, and foreign currency at the company's 3 (three) largest types of debt, namely trade payables, bonds payable and bank loans. The results obtained shown there are several clusters of debt sources from those that require more attention to actually requiring more attention measured from each cluster weight. Debts include bank loans, some of which really need more attention, some don't. In addition, there are also accounts payable which tend to need more attention and bonds payable actually require more attention.
