Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Bangli adalah sekolah kejuruan yang berlokasi di Jalan Brigjen Ngurah Rai, Kawan, Bangli, Bali. Dalam upaya melakukan adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi, terdapat aktivitas utama dan aktivitas pendukung yang menggunakan sistem informasi sebagai media utamanya. Tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan layanan yang terbaik kepada peserta didik agar mampu menghasilkan peserta didik yang berwawasan entrepreneurship. Maka dari itu, sekolah memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan sistem informasi sekolah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan, dari metode ini penulis memperoleh informasi dan teori dasar yang berkaitan dengan penyusunan penulisan penelitian ini. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan metode wawancara, dimana penulis melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak sekolah yang memiliki tanggung jawab atas kegiatan yang ada di SMKN 1 Bangli. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis value chain SMK Negeri 1 Bangli adalah metode Ward and Peppard. Metode tersebut mampu menganalisis value chain melalui kegiatan internal dan eksternal sekolah. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, penulis memperoleh SWOT yang dapat membantu sekolah dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, sistem informasi yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Bangli mengalami perkembangan. Untuk menghadapi tantangan baru, sistem informasi harus dikembangkan agar menghasilkan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada para pelajar dan manajemen sekolah./ SMK Negeri 1 Bangli is a vocational school located at Jalan Brigjen Ngurah Rai, Kawan, Bangli, Bali. In an effort to adapt to technological changes, there are main activities and supporting activities that use information systems as their main media. The main goal is to provide the best service to students in order to be able to produce students with entrepreneurial insight. Therefore, schools utilize and develop school information systems to provide the best service to students. The method used in this study is medote literature study, from this method the authors obtain information and basic theory related to the preparation of this research writing. In addition, the author also uses the interview method, where the author interviews the school that has responsibility for the activities in SMKN 1 Bangli. The method used in analyzing the value chain of SMK Negeri 1 Bangli is the Ward and Peppard method. The method is able to analyze the value chain through internal and external activities of the school. Through the analysis, the author obtained SWOT which can help schools in developing information systems. Based on the results of data processing, the information system in SMK Negeri 1 Bangli has developed. To meet the new challenges, Information Systems must be developed in order to produce the best service to students and school management.
