Abstract

Peningkatan investor selama periode pandemi terjadi seiring dengan meningkatnya edukasi akan investasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Kemajuan teknologi ini juga mengakibatkan munculnya fenomena baru dalam dunia pasar modal yang disebut dengan bandarmologi. Praktik bandarmologi ini terindikasi sebagai perilaku yang menggiring para pengikutnya untuk mengikuti tindakan yang dilakukan oleh influencer saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana cara seorang infleuncer saham menggerakan harga emiten dalam bursa dengan melakukan penggiringan melaui platform media sosial. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dikemas menggunakan persepektif netnografi yang merupakan metode metode penelitian berbasis digitial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya aktivitas menggiring oleh akun instagram “bandar” saham dan juga terbentuknya komunitas online sebagai hasil dari adanya interaksi pada konten media sosial “bandar” tersebut./ The rise in the number of stock investors during the pandemic corresponds to an increase in investment literacy and rapid technological innovation. As a result of this technical breakthrough, a new phenomenon known as bandarmology has emerged in the Capital Markets. Stock influencers have described the activity of bandarmology as a herding tendency. This research attempts to determine how a stock exchange moves the price of issuers on the exchange by using social media channels to perform a herding activity. The debate in this study is organized utilizing a digital-based research method known as netnography. The findings revealed that ""bandar's"" Instagram profiles were dynamic, and that content interaction on influencer's social media contributed to the establishment of online communities.
