Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2020 terjadi pandemi bear yang tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia tetapi juga seluruh bagian negara yang ada di bumi. Selain pandemi covid-19, pasca perang dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan China membuat ekonomi menurun baik untuk dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Hal ini sangat berdampak terhadap perusahaan di Indonesia salah satunya PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, maka diperlukan analisis lingkungan bisnis, prospektif, dan sensitivitas bai perusahaan untuk menilai keberlangsungan perusahaan untuk beberapa tahun ke depannya dan sebagai alt meningkatkan laba usaha perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kertas budaya, pulp dan kertas industri. Perusahaan memasarkan produknya juga secara ekspor dan didominasi ole negara-negara Asia. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode yang menggunakan kesimpulan dalam bentuk uraian berdasarkan hitungan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa perusahaan telah melaksanakan strategi yang baik dalam pemasaran. Forecasting perusahaan menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan akan dapat bertahan untuk tahun-tahun selanjutnya dengan catatan perusahaan menjaga nilai penjualan perusahaan dan leverage dalam tingkat stabil. Selain itu, hasil sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa penjualan perusahaan merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja dari perusahaan. / In 2020 there was a major pandemic that not only occurred in Indonesia but also all parts of the country on earth. In addition to the COVID-19 pandemic, the post-trade war between the United States and China has made the economv decline both at home and abroad. This has a huge impact on companies in Indonesia, one of which is PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, so a business environment analvsis, prospective, and sensitivity is needed for companies to assess the company's sustainability for the next few years and as a tool to increase operating profits for companies engaged in the paper industry. culture, pulp and paper industry. The company also markets its products on an export basis and is dominated by Asian countries. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that uses conclusions in the form of descriptions based on calculations in the form of numbers. From the results of the study, it was found that the company had implemented a good strategy in marketing. The company's forecasting shows that the company's performance will be able to survive for the following years provided the company maintains the company's sales value and leverage at a stable level. In addition, the sensitivity results show that the company's sales are the most influencing factor for the company's performance.
